EZEMP CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED

EZEmp Consultants started its journey as HR/Recruitment Partner with a view to validate the relevance of our product idea and also to build our product “TrutZ”. TrutZ is a ML- enabled Recruitment- Automation SaaS Platform with a unique scoring system powered by AI. The biggest problem we are trying to solve is hiring the right talent at the right time with a minimal cost and time of hiring. “Trutz” is built with a clear focus on bringing down the Offer-Rejection Ratio and providing equal opportunity for every candidate /employer to showcase themselves for building a better team. We strongly believe TrutZ will also bring down the Attrition Rate to a great extent as it will enhance our employment culture and take it to the next level.
