Natura X is a D2C skin health platform for people living with chronic skin conditions. We believe a tech-enabled health and skin care routine should be the norm rather than the exception, and we are building the platform that makes it possible.
Access, wherever you are. Quality care for chronic skin conditions is concentrated in cities and clinics, while the people who need it are everywhere. Natura X removes that distance. The patient consults a doctor from their phone, and their medicine is delivered to their doorstep, anywhere in the country. What food delivery did for restaurants, we are doing for skin health: care comes to the patient.
AI-assisted skin analysis. The platform is being developed around an AI-assisted skin analysis system that analyses patient-provided skin images and relevant information to support preliminary assessment and treatment decisions. It is designed to assist healthcare professionals, not to replace doctor-led diagnosis.
Doctor-led, personalised care. Every patient journey includes an ayurvedic doctor consultation, followed by personalised diet and lifestyle recommendations and structured habit-building support. Because chronic conditions are managed daily, the routine matters as much as the prescription.
Always-on digital support. Natura X already uses an AI-enabled conversational chatbot for initial patient interaction and lead pre-qualification. It collects relevant information, identifies whether the user is within the target patient population, answers preliminary queries, and hands the patient over to the appropriate doctor.
Long-term vision. We want to make tech-enabled skin care a daily habit for millions of Indians. That means a single ecosystem connecting AI-assisted assessment, doctor consultation, doorstep medicine delivery, nutrition, lifestyle management, and continuous patient engagement, so that where someone lives no longer limits their access to care.
