We manufacture   Natural Rubber latex composites for application in Latex products, Dry Rubber compounds and related products. We developed a novel, economically viable method of manufacturing Rubber-composite Masterbatches With advanced technology and effective designing and development capabilities.  Incorporation of Nano re-enforcing fillers into polymer matrix mainly Natural Rubber as additive   enhances polymeric properties such as, Mechanical strength, Thermal conductivity, and Barrier properties.

Graphene integration into polymer matrix mainly rubber as additive is seen as the latest technology for the enhancement of polymeric properties. Apart from cost reduction, fillers are conventionally used for the reinforcement of Natural rubber latex (NRL) products. Micro to Nanosized conventional fillers used are carbon black, silica, calcium carbonate etc.  The addition of Graphene Rubber masterbatches significantly improved tensile modulus ,tensile strength , hardness  and tear strength  of the regular TBR tyre tread compound.
