Vitalis XR is a virtual reality–based neuro-rehabilitation solution designed to support recovery for individuals affected by stroke, particularly those experiencing visual-perceptual and cognitive impairments. Built for the Meta Quest VR platform, the application delivers structured and immersive therapy exercises that help patients gradually restore visual processing, recognition, and cognitive coordination.
The platform includes a set of carefully designed therapeutic modules such as color identification therapy, shape recognition training, visual discrimination exercises, and neuro-cognitive recovery tasks. These exercises are presented in an interactive 3D environment, encouraging patients to actively participate in rehabilitation while improving focus, memory, and perceptual abilities.
Vitalis XR leverages the immersive nature of virtual reality to create a safe, engaging, and repeatable therapy environment. The system can support clinicians and therapists by providing structured training sessions that patients can perform consistently, improving rehabilitation outcomes and patient motivation.
By combining VR technology with neuro-rehabilitation principles, Vitalis XR aims to make therapy more accessible, measurable, and engaging, helping patients rebuild essential visual-perceptual skills and cognitive functions after stroke.
