Kaicho App
Kaicho digitises India's fragmented local mess ecosystem, connecting customers with mess partners via a customer app, mess dashboard, and delivery platform. Orders are batched into clustered routes (~25 meals/route) instead of one-order-one-rider delivery, cutting cost per meal. Asset-light, no owned kitchens or fleet. Live in Thiruvananthapuram; Kochi next
