ONE INDIA ECOSYSTEM is a long-term initiative by UPVERA Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. designed to integrate education, mentoring, entrepreneurship, and employment into a single scalable ecosystem.

Unlike conventional coaching institutes or online learning platforms, our model supports individuals throughout their personal and professional journey—from education to career development, entrepreneurship, and business growth.

The ecosystem will be implemented in three strategic phases:

Phase 1 – ONE IAS Academy

The first phase establishes a premium education institution in Kochi offering competitive examination coaching, foundation programmes, career guidance, library facilities, and skill development. This serves as the primary revenue-generating business and creates the foundation for the ecosystem.

Phase 2 – ONE INDIA Mentoring House

This phase introduces a structured mentoring platform connecting students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and MSMEs with experienced mentors. The platform provides support in career planning, personal development, product development, business strategy, and enterprise growth through a three-level mentoring framework.

Phase 3 – ONE INDIA Enterprise School

The final phase focuses on practical entrepreneurship education. Students learn through real business projects, market research, sales execution, digital marketing, and startup development instead of traditional classroom theory.

Technology will play a central role through digital learning platforms, mentor management systems, business networking, analytics, and community engagement, enabling hybrid delivery across physical centres and online platforms.

Our long-term vision is to build India's largest mentoring ecosystem by 2035, creating measurable social and economic impact by empowering learners, entrepreneurs, and communities while generating sustainable employment and business opportunities.
