VELA is a pioneer mobile app connecting customers with pre-verified, registered independent work seekers for casual work in numerous vocations, on demand. To begin with, we have enrolled a large number of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled employees backed by a robust technical platform that connects them to employers on an hourly basis with digital payment options. Our app enables convenience and transparency for millions of customers and employees. We conduct surprise audits occasionally to ensure that the services are being delivered up to par, meeting the company’s expectations. We enable students and youth to earn while they learn by taking up part-time jobs at their convenience to supplement their income. Our mission is to build millions of livelihood opportunities for India's youth and underemployed persons. We have launched our operations in Kerala first and plan to expand pan-India in the near future. Anyone with a smart-phone can access our services.
