The product is a cloud-based, AI-enabled real estate management SaaS platform that brings property, customer and business operations into one integrated system. It enables real estate companies to manage property listings, owners, tenants, buyers, agents, leads, enquiries, sales and rental activities through centralized digital workflows. The platform includes CRM, lead tracking, property management, agent management, document handling, dashboards and business analytics. AI capabilities can be integrated for lead qualification, customer assistance, recommendations, workflow automation and intelligent business insights. The architecture is designed to be configurable and scalable for multiple real estate companies, locations and business models. The technology is being productised from a real-world implementation in Qatar, with plans to expand across GCC and Indian markets.
