Records the details of Products & Samples tested by the Lab and type of Test Parameters conducted against the samples. The products can be configured according to the Lab 

 Sample Registration

The Materials / Samples received from multiple sources can be registered unique ID.  

Coding & Segregation

Samples are segregated according to Sample Nature and Tests Nature. The samples  are allocated with pseudo  numbers.

 User / Customer Profiles

User Profile contains the Detailed History of the User Department/ Customer/ Companies or Supplier in the cases of Raw Material, Shifts etc.

 Electronic Lab Worksheets

According to Requirements of the Laboratory digital Worksheets can be generated.  

 Label Printing 

Bar / QR code (Optional)

The Pseudo labels can be printed on Samples with QR / Barcodes and forward  to the Lab.

Test Allocation to Scientist

Supervisors are permitted to allocate work to the team of scientist or Technicians for conducting tests considering their existing workload 

 Testing and Test Result Capture

After conducting Tests the Results can be directly captured or entered either by the Scientists or by the Data entry professionals.

 Authorizations of Results

The privileged users / HODs /Supervisors can verify the tests 

 Test Result Preview

After Test Results the privileged Users are permitted to view the Results on preview mode.

QC Certificate of Analysis

The Test Certificates can be generated user-defined formats in electronic format with facility for incorporating Digital Signature to meet the QC Lab requirements.

Invoice, Credit Notes etc.

The Solution has facility to prepare Electronic Invoices for Test conducted on Commercial basis. 

MIS and Dashboards

The Powerful Business Intelligence, Reporting and MIS Tools of Asman LIMS improve the efficiency of the system towards excellent Data Management Requirements.
