Frientor is a B2B Enterprise SaaS Employee mentoring platform in the HR industry.It will be the first of its kind dedicated platform built exclusively from Kerala and India.This is a horizontal SaaS offering that will democratise the mentoring for organizations across the sectors.Frientor helps the organizations to design,set up,run, monitor and measure employee mentoring programs.Additionally there will be an AI driven mentoring and matching logic, combined with the human centric approach. For a customer, the two main modules are the Program Admin module to help the HR/Business leaders to run the mentoring programs and the Participant module for the employees to participate as mentors and/or mentees.

Frientor is built using the latest technologies of  React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL and on Amazon AWS cloud. An intuitive and engaging User Interface and User Experience, strong branding, and gamifications will also help in leveraging mentoring as a tool for employee retention and engagement.
