OGST AEROSPACE MARINE AND DEFENCE LLP

OGST AEROSPACE MARINE AND DEFENCE LLP (OGST AMD) is an India-based industrial engineering and strategic infrastructure company headquartered in Palakkad, Kerala. The company operates across Aerospace, Defence, Marine, and Industrial Energy sectors with a focus on precision engineering, advanced fabrication, industrial support services, and sustainable infrastructure solutions.

OGST AMD was established to address the growing need for integrated engineering and operational support systems in mission-critical industries. Traditional industrial ecosystems often depend on fragmented vendors for fabrication, maintenance, marine operations, and sustainability implementation, resulting in operational inefficiencies, project delays, and compliance challenges. OGST AMD solves this challenge by delivering a unified engineering and industrial support ecosystem capable of serving multiple strategic sectors under a single operational framework.

The company’s Aerospace division focuses on high-precision engineering, fabrication, and industrial support for mission-critical systems and strategic infrastructure. The Defence division supports industrial engineering execution, fabrication requirements, and operational support for high-compliance environments. Through ATS Marine, OGST AMD provides vessel support services, maintenance coordination, procurement assistance, repair support, and maritime compliance solutions for marine and shipping operations. Through AO Energy Services (AOES), the company delivers industrial energy optimization, renewable-energy integration, sustainability consulting, and carbon-reduction support for industrial and petrochemical sectors.

OGST AMD differentiates itself by integrating advanced engineering capabilities with sustainable industrial transformation practices. Unlike conventional engineering firms that primarily focus only on fabrication or maintenance, the company combines industrial execution with renewable-energy and energy-efficiency integration, helping industries modernize operations while improving reliability, efficiency, and long-term sustainability performance.

The company’s business model is built around scalable engineering services, strategic partnerships, modular fabrication capabilities, and recurring industrial support contracts. Revenue is generated through precision fabrication services, engineering contracts, marine operational support, industrial energy consulting, renewable-energy integration projects, maintenance agreements, and sustainability optimization services.

OGST AMD aligns with national initiatives such as Make in India, Atmanirbhar Bharat, industrial modernization programs, and sustainable infrastructure development. The company aims to become a future-ready industrial transformation platform capable of supporting India’s expanding Aerospace, Defence, Marine, and Industrial Energy sectors through innovative engineering, operational reliability, and sustainable industrial practices.
