NuvoVivo is an online health & fitness company, in the field of 'Medical Fitness'. We deal with people of age group 35 and above and help them manage lifestyle disorders viz. diabetes, cholesterol, thyroid, PCOS, fatty liver, uric acid, hypertension, irritable bowel syndrome etc. All these are lifestyle disorders and changing the lifestyle is the most important aspect of managing them. And there is where the relevance of “medical fitness” comes in. Fitness is all about exercise and looking good, while medical fitness integrates the idea of medicines and therapeutic management of such diseases.

We combine the understanding of fitness (exercises), nutrition (clinical & fitness) and medical science to manage such non-communicable lifestyle diseases and help our clients gradually reduce the reliance on such medicines over a period of time, with improvements in lifestyle.
