We're actually focusing on the Technical Education sector, wherein we are currently conducting offline, online, and hybrid classes on various IT subjects like Digital Marketing, MERN Stack, MEAN Stack, Python, and UX UI design. We have trained and groomed more than 2000 students already in the past 4 years. As part of the scaling to the next level, we've also developed an EdTech platform that focuses on a 3-dimensional model, (1) Through Trainers, 2) Through guided Self-Learning and 3) through mentors).
We're planning to launch this under the brand https://dudor.com/
Apart from this, we also have a white-label mobile app built for coaches and trainers to start their own https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.acodez.e_learning&hl=en&gl=US

What is the problem our startup is solving?
Currently, there are mainly 2 models in IT education - Offline and Online. Each of these models has its pros and cons.
In online mode, even though there is a lot of quality content available (some even from the creators of subsequent programming languages). But what students lack is motivation and persistence to continue learning on their own, which eventually leads them to drop out of the course/program.
In offline mode, though students are more focused and eager to learn as they come directly for this, the trainers in most cases will only have limited knowledge which makes the course a failure.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
How does our startup propose to solve this problem?
We're conducting the courses in offline and online modes itself, but our whole approach to this eliminates the existing problem). So we will be focusing on a 3-dimensional and practical oriented-model, wherein students will be able to learn in 3 ways :
1) Trainers - Through our Trainers (the basics of each course will be taught by the trainers themselves).
2) Guided Self-Learning - Through Guided Self-Learning (Trainers/mentors guide students to learn from other online resources and practically implement the same on their own.
3) Mentors - Through Mentors who will be industry experts in subsequent topics. (mentors will be reviewing their tasks each week and guiding them on what to do next).
