Product: RM Nexus, a cloud (SaaS) platform for apartment associations and gated communities.
Users: management committees, association staff, residents and vendors.
What it does today:
Property Health: daily building checks with photo proof.
Licences and Renewals: tracks every licence and AMC, with alerts before expiry.
Work and SLA Tracking: logs maintenance tasks and follows them until closed.
Committee Reports: one-click monthly summary to share with residents.
In development: WhatsApp complaints, vendor quotes and committee approvals.
How it works: one cloud system serves many associations, each with separate data. New associations are set up from admin screens, without coding.
