Svadhan is a vernacular microfinance marketplace through which Customers at the Bottom of Pyramid (“BoP”) segment could access financial products from Regulated Entities. Svadhan has been developed by Dhan Sethu DigiFin (P) Ltd. (“Dhan Sethu”), a boot-strapped start-up based out of Cochin, Kerala.

Our Customers in the BoP segment could choose a product of their liking and customize the offerings to suit their needs using the Svadhan App. All this is done in a very user-friendly flow, while adhering to all the regulatory requirements of the financial sector.

In our phygital yet branchless business model, we have village level representatives to handhold the Customers whenever they require any support. These representatives also provide financial literacy to the Customers, thereby helping to expand the digital financial footprint of our country. We intend to democratize how financial services are accessed by the BoP segment in our country and help to increase the transparency and efficiency in the market.
