Key4
A platform for building task-expert Small Language Models that an organisation owns outright, with harnesses, guardrails and a kill switch for reliability and regulatory compliance. Yearly licences and developer royalties, never a charge per question. Everything is handed over: no vendor lock-in.
What it is: our own multilingual Small Language Model and platform, expert at one task. Key4MB, Key4KB and Key4EDU are all derived from it.
How it works: our method rewards only answers that can be verified, and our engine work runs it fast on ordinary hardware, on a server or a phone's chip.
Why it matters: most AI available to Indian institutions is rented from frontier LLMs, charged per token, with records leaving the premises. Key4 runs on hardware the user owns: zero tokens, zero cloud, zero data leaving.
