ReXP is an offline-first fintech and merchant growth platform designed to help small and mid-sized offline merchants increase repeat visits, customer loyalty, and incremental sales. The platform builds a growth layer on top of the Unified Payments Interface (UPI), combining digital payments with AI-driven rewards and customer engagement tools.
Merchants can onboard seamlessly using existing QR and soundbox payment infrastructure, without requiring POS changes or complex integrations. Once onboarded, they gain access to behaviour-driven reward programs designed to influence customer actions such as repeat visits, purchase frequency, and basket expansion.
ReXP’s AI engine analyses merchant category behaviour, visit patterns, margins, and reward sensitivity to automatically manage campaigns, reward intensity, and performance insights. This allows merchants to run effective customer engagement strategies without requiring marketing expertise or additional operational effort.
The platform operates through a controlled, closed-loop reward system where incentives such as credits and points are issued and redeemed within the ecosystem. This ensures transparency, fraud prevention, and predictable reward economics for merchants.
In addition, ReXP enables consumer brands to run structured reward campaigns across participating offline merchants, influencing purchase decisions while maintaining strict attribution and campaign controls.
