SmartBook is an AI-powered app designed for today's digital world— a tool for current times, where students are deeply engaged and constantly seeking support and clarifications from digital contents. Its also a process-driven learning platform designed to help students organise and manage the learning process more effectively. It addresses fragmented learning content, information overload and ineffective time management by bringing key learning activities into one flexible environment.
The platform is modular: students can use individual tools independently or combine them to follow the PLCC framework where learning content, planning process and executing are all connected—Plan, Learn, Check and Correct. The Dashboard provides an overview of the student's current learning status, schedule and curriculum structure. The Planning Tool helps students create realistic study plans based on available time, priorities and learning goals.
The Textbook enables students to work with digital learning content, while Build Your Textbook allows them to create a concise, exam-oriented version and connect relevant resources such as videos, audio, documents, images, links and AI resources directly to concepts.
The AI-powered Notebook can transform and consolidate textbook content into notebook, questions, previous-year questions, revision material, concept maps, formulas and other study resources. The Workbook focuses specifically on end-of-chapter exercises, questions and solved problems, particularly useful for subjects such as mathematics.
Together, these tools allow students to move from understanding concepts to practice, assessment, revision and improvement while reducing the time and effort spent managing learning.
