INIQ is a configurable, multi-tenant software ecosystem designed specifically for the Indian real estate industry to manage sales, operations, partner collaboration, and post-sales customer engagement on a single integrated platform.
The product addresses operational inefficiencies commonly faced by small and medium real estate developers, such as lead leakage, lack of visibility into field activities, fragmented communication with brokers, delayed follow-ups, and poor transparency during the post-booking phase. Existing tools are either too generic or too complex, resulting in low adoption and reliance on spreadsheets, messaging applications, and manual tracking.
INIQ consists of multiple role-specific applications built on a shared but isolated architecture:
The Admin and Manager Web Application provides centralized control over lead management, inventory tracking, sales pipeline monitoring, loan processing, payment milestone management, and performance analytics. It includes role-based access control, configurable workflows, and business-hours-aware SLA automation to ensure operational discipline and accountability.
The Field Sales Mobile Application enables sales representatives to manage assigned leads, track site visits, record customer interactions, and initiate loan processes directly from the field. The application includes geofence-based attendance and visit verification, real-time task prioritization, and performance visibility to improve productivity and data accuracy.
The Partner (Broker) Application allows approved channel partners to view live inventory, submit leads, track lead progress, and view commission information in a controlled and transparent manner. Partners have restricted access to sensitive data, ensuring governance while improving collaboration.
The Customer Portal provides customers with real-time visibility into construction progress, payment milestones, and important updates after booking. This improves transparency, reduces follow-up queries, and builds trust during the construction and handover lifecycle.
The platform uses a cell-based data isolation model, where each developer operates within a logically isolated environment, ensuring data security and confidentiality between clients. Automation is used for lead capture, task generation, notifications, SLA monitoring, and milestone-based communication.
