Medical colleges all over kerala and india is mandated to have family adoption programme from first year.Our company is planning to develop an online tool for data collection and follow up.The platform developed will have data stored from all medical students in a medical college.The platform enables to assess the socio economic status of the community.The tool will be beneficial in very rural areas where socio economic status is very poor and it will help to assess the progress of the community by following up the data .The pilot project will be done in sree gokulam medical college venjaramoodu trivandrum.
