In order to solve the issue of urban waste management, we have designed and prototyped unique smart bins. It has the potential to make waste management process simple and hassle-free. The first stage is completed successfully with prototype and testing also resulted in the best efficiency. The second stage is the most innovative part. Work on that has been started and will be completed soon. Version 1 bin was inaugurated by the Honourable Mayor of Thiruvananthapuram Corporation on January 17, 2020.
