WENERATOR (Waste to Energy Geneor) is an advanced automated biogas plant. Our patented system has an intelligent hydrolysis chamber that ensures proper hydrolysis of different components. Moreover, the system allows only properly hydrolyzed waste to enter the main digestor. This technique effectively reduces the size of the plant by 30%. The multi-chamber system ensures proper working parameters for different stages of anaerobic digestion. The intelligent control system closely monitors all the working parameters and keeps them in check. The post-treated slurry can easily handled because it can be deposited in a septic tank or STP, if required the slurry can be used as a fertilizer in the garden. The system is IoT-enabled and can be monitored online. The gas is treated and can be used for hot water supply, cooking fuel, or as a fuel in diaper/sanitary napkin incinerators. This biogas plant is specifically designed for food waste and can handle a variety of food waste components that cannot be processed in ordinary biogas plants. The semi-indoor plant is very stylish and compatible with modern households, restaurants, canteens or appartments.
