Trailpointer is a first-of-its-kind Cognitive Team Intelligence platform developed by Aurogale Technologies Private Limited. This method captures each person's mental model as a causal map (directed graph of cause-effect relationships), transforms it using a novel multi-element decomposition encoding technique, and compares all models simultaneously to produce a quantitative sharedness index from 0 to 1. Developed through a completed PhD at the School of Management Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), this approach overcomes fundamental limitations of all prior academic methods that could only compare two models at a time.

Cognitive Team Intelligence uses the patent-pending method to score team alignment and detect misalignment early. AI-Powered Hiring and Staffing offers ML-driven NER resume parsing, multi-dimensional candidate scoring across technical skills, cognitive fit, project relevance, and availability, with PII segregation and explainable AI recommendations. Analytics and Insights delivers eight categories of executive dashboards covering delivery health, risk, team performance, ROI, cognitive alignment, skill gaps, and predictive analytics.
