The Company shall carry on the business of providing digital education, professional coaching, training, and consultancy services in the fields of research, technology, management, and professional development. It shall also engage in information technology (IT) and IT-enabled services, including but not limited to software development, data management, product development, cloud services, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related digital solutions. Furthermore, the Company shall undertake all allied, incidental, or ancillary activities necessary or conducive to the attainment of these
objectives, with a strong commitment to education.
