DukaaOn is a mobile-first platform designed for small and medium retailers in rural and semi-urban India. The app allows shopkeepers to seamlessly order stock, access flexible credit, and get fast doorstep deliveries, all through a user-friendly interface available in regional languages. 

At its core, DukaaOn solves three key problems faced by small retailers: 

• Out-of-stock situations due to limited access to timely inventory.
• Lack of working capital, leading to dependence on informal credit or missed sales.
• Inefficient supply chains that force retailers to shut shop just to restock.

• Multi-source Fulfillment Engine
  Orders are automatically sourced from the nearest available stock — which could be a micro-warehouse, partner retailer, wholesaler, or distributor — ensuring fast and efficient delivery.
• Regional Language Ordering
  Retailers can place orders via voice commands, OCR-based handwritten lists, or manual input, in their local language.
• Flexible Credit Access
  In-app credit facility provided in partnership with NBFCs, offering repayment terms ranging from 1 day to several months, tailored to business needs.
• Stock-sharing & Micro-Warehousing
  Nearby retailers can share surplus stock, and unused space is leveraged as micro-warehouses, decentralizing inventory.
