Our solution consists of a simple and cost effective flat top barge retrofitted with mission equipment’s required for installating India's 1st Offshore Windfarm

All the retrofitted equipment can be easily adapted to any flattop barge structure of sufficient length and breadth. Thus, enabling rapid conversion of any suitable sized barge to and offshore installation vessel. 

This is the 1st such solution introduced in India.

 

Custom tools and structures are required for the safe loadout, transport, installation of offshroe structures. The design are tailored to vessel structure and optimized for mobilization time. Every project has specific requirement, according to that stowage plans are prepared. Once Detailed engineering is completed, fabrication drawing are prepared.

IMO (a body of the United Nations UN) regulations mandate the retrofitting of scrubber and ballast water treatment systems on vessels to reduce greenhouse emmisions and reduced risk of environmental pollution/invasive species.

This process requires a clear understanding of the engine room and superstructure layout. For this, feasible locations for the retrofit equipment and pipe routing are identified and pipe routing is optimized to minimize clashes and installation time. LIDAR 3D scans and existing vessel drawings are used as basis for the engineering of retrofit components.

Making mandatory IMO compliance easy for shipping companies. We advice on scrubbers, EEXI, BWTS or solutions such as dual fuel retrofits, making vessel retrofits seamless.

We also aim to leverage our engineering expertise in the field of green shipping as a launchpad to transform the ports in India as major hubs for retrofitting of equipment for vessels that call on ports in India. Currently most of the ship retrofitting activity happens in China, Singapore, Middle-east and Europe. Fusie Engineers aims to break into this market and create quality jobs in India.
