The primary objective is to help any drowning victim by reaching them as fast as possible which will exponentially increase their chance of survival. In order to achieve this we have designed a motorised buoy which can be remotely controlled by a rescuer and can travel at a speed of upto 12 knots. This ensures the buoy can reach the victim quickly ,which is very crucial in a drowning situation and even a small delay can be the difference between life and death. Super buoy eliminates all these issues faced by traditional rescue methods reaching the victim by itself . The easy to use controls makes sure that anyone can operate the buoy .The buoy will be mounted on an easy to deploy launch system which will ensure the buoy is in the water within seconds .The buoy is also equipped with a visible light and thermal imaging camera which supports live video transmission .The camera is aided by led illumination in the front for night time operations .The buoy supports GPS waypoint navigation to cover a large area during search and rescue operations .The super buoy will also have a lidar to prevent collisions.
