Prefabricated Reinforces Economic Time Saving Reliable Oriented  Ready made Structure Construction of houses with prefabricated components was developed long back by governmental agencies as well as other organizations.  Also, model projects were executed with considerable savings in materials, cost and time. However, no techniques were practically sustained for long time or acceptable to the end beneficiaries or general public in total. Hence widely acceptable construction techniques using convenient precast units are to be involved to minimize the time of construction, besides efficiency in labour, money and material. The use of already accepted material may be a favorable criterion for acceptance in general.A new technique for construction of houses with prefabricated R.C.C. box structure is developed. The idea is to construct modular houses joining the prefabricated boxes. A design of a house with 529 square meters of built-up area by using 10 numbers of precast boxes.
