The product that we envision is a platform which gives customer a tailored fit garment, which is manufactured based on his/her body measurements. This involves a mobile based solution to take the body measurement, and this will be used to produce custom made garments at scale. A first-time customer will be taken to the measurements flow, wherein the customer can keep the phone on a chair/table and stand in front of the phone and follow the instructions seen on screen, this will capture the exact body measurements of the customer.

Revenue model is by selling tailor made garments to B2C end customers. For the B2C business, we will be targeting to become a premium fashion brand in India selling goods under our own brand name. We also plan to open up the B2B model in future, in B2B we will be a technology company giving solution to fashion retailers.
