PAPER BAG TUBE FORMING MACHINE

This machine is an innovative tube-forming machine that enables the processing of paper of various dimensions with the help of an adjustable creasing and folding mechanism that is fully automatic. POUCH MAKING MACHINE

A specially designed machine which cuts the tubes of plastic sheets as per the customer requirements to produce plastic pouches. Addition of the precise cutting, the machine can provide sealing and V-cutting on the pouch. The motor-driven hardened HCHCR moving blade of this machine provide cleaned and efficient cutting. An added pneumatic mechanism for sealing and V-cutting ensures high performance with low maintenance. The machine comes with a control panel on which we can enter the required length of pouch, position of sealing and V-cut, and required quantity. One servo motor and 2 induction motors are used to create the required sized pouch with accurate sealing and V-cut as per the required quantity.

WICK CUTTING MACHINE.

Fully automatic machine to produce paper tubes of different sizes. Two well-ground hardened HCHCR blades are used to cut the wicks precisely. A highly efficient pneumatic system ensures efficient cutting and precision of length with high accuracy. A rotating conveyor helps to collect the wick pieces after cutting. With such great productivity and accuracy, the machine can be utilized to reduce the man power for cutting the wicks on industry.

CREAM FILLING MACHINE

An innovative machine which can fill cream into buns with the help of a screw barrel mechanism. The machine includes a conveyor and rotating blade to make a deep cut on the side of the fresh bun for precise filling of cream in bun. Accurate sensors ensures constant filling of cream throughout the length of the bun. The high efficient electric motors  makes machine more efficient at low cost.
