MPLOYZ is a job oriented video application which provides a platform for unemployed people in our country to express their skill and talent as well as apply for a job

A user can either login as jobseeker or employer . A job seeker can apply jobs posted by employer . where an employer can short list the candidate or access the candidate profile and watch the introduction video posted in their profile , documented resumes are outdated and employer cant really get a picture of the jobseeker until he meets the candidate in person.user can also hire the manpower to perform a specific task from their location .This application act as job portal ,talent platform as well as a market place . The scalability of this application is vast .
