Our business is an innovative business creating seasoned woods as an end product through a new dimension of innovative method. The wood that are purchased from sellers are processed through a series of chemical treatment to drain out the excess water content and reducing the mass of the wooden logs, which has been sold into the pre-determined sizes. After the chemical process, the wood will be seasoned and dried in kiln for eleven days, which is an alternative for the natural sun dried seasoning. After the process of kiln the moisture content which gives the mass for the wooden logs will be extracted from the wood and as a byproduct of this process we get lightweight solid rubber wood, which is apt for making, dismantle furniture’s. Through this process, we can have the woods seasoned in 11 days and through the traditional method, it will take up to 3-4 months. There would be a substantial demand for work force for the effective functioning of the processing unit through which the employment generation will take place.
