QKREATS is a unified digital hospitality operating platform designed for restaurants, hotels, resorts, cafés, food courts and cloud kitchens. It connects guests, restaurant staff, kitchen teams, delivery personnel and management through four integrated applications supported by a centralized cloud backend.
1. Customer Application: Provides digital menus, QR-based table ordering, WhatsApp and in-app ordering, room-service ordering, order tracking, bill requests, waiter calls, service requests and customer communication.
2. Restaurant & Staff Application: Enables order management, Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT), kitchen workflow, table-status management, waiter assignment, service-request handling, delay tracking and staff-performance monitoring.
3. Delivery Application: Manages delivery assignments, pickup confirmation, delivery status, customer communication, tracking and delivery completion.
4. Owner/Admin Dashboard: Provides sales, order, kitchen, staff and service analytics, complaint tracking, operational reports and multi-property management.
The QKREATS Cloud Backend & API connects all applications through centralized data management, authentication, role-based access, QR management, order routing, real-time synchronization, notifications and analytics.
The platform is designed to bring QR, WhatsApp and app-based ordering into a single operational workflow while extending digital automation to room service and hospitality service requests. Its development objective is to create a scalable, testable product that can be deployed initially with selected hospitality businesses for real-world validation and subsequent commercial expansion.
