The future of human spaceflight depends on reliable, efficient, and modular Environmental Control & Life Support Systems (ECLSS) — technologies that regulate air, humidity, water, and temperature in sealed habitats. For India’s Gaganyaan missions and future orbital or lunar bases, developing an indigenous, energy-optimized ECLSS is both strategic and essential.

Project PRĀṆADHĀRA, led by PartsEuphoria Electric AC Pvt. Ltd., unites a uniquely inter-disciplinary in-house ecosystem — HR Traders, J Garage, and IDRIS AI — under the broader Multi-Planetary Civilisation (MPC) vision. Together, the team is building Asia’s first private space-grade ECLSS prototype, merging Earth-proven climate systems with space-ready life-support technology.

Core Systems Integrated

Thermal Control: Multi-compressor oil-less electric AC modules (Octa-26 architecture) with water-glycol loops and lightweight radiators.

Air Management: Smart airflow, CO₂ scrubbers, and trace-contaminant removal units.

Water & Waste Systems: AWG-based condensate recovery, filtration, and modular vacuum toilet design.

AI-Driven ECU (IDRIS AI): Predictive monitoring, fault tolerance, and adaptive crew interfaces.

Emergency Resilience: Redundant loops, LiOH cartridges, and Novec-1230 fire suppression.


Research & Academic Foundation

Each co-founder contributes from a distinct field:

Dr. Mohammed Emad Haneefa – pursuing independent research on core-body-temperature regulation for long-duration microgravity missions.

John Manuel – preparing for PhD research on ECLSS design and planetary sustainability economics.

Jihad Haneefa Kassim – pursuing Master’s research on mathematical wrapper systems for AI integration (IDRIS core logic).


Despite limited funding, the founding team operates through a formal internal agreement ensuring intellectual property, shared research rights, and long-term collaboration under PartsEuphoria Electric AC Pvt. Ltd.

5 years:

Year 1–2: Subsystem prototypes and partial integration.

Year 3: Full cabin mock-up + 72-hour crewed trial.

Year 4: Vacuum, vibration, EMI, and microgravity qualification.

Year 5: Flight demo with capsule + station support.
(Achieved with modular design and in-house prototyping, 10× leaner than international benchmarks.)
