Patients can access into Neogen account by login in by providing details such as phone number, person’s name and email ID. All these details will be processed through 3 step verification process which include OTP verification, entering valid password and confirming the identification number along with DOB. Once a profile is created the patient can switch on notifications to get important alert through whatsapp.
