At Ihits, we developed Decisions Plus HRMS with the key insight that a human resource is the most powerful “resource” of any organization. Subsequently, we studied the changes in the needs and demands of organizations to adequately handle their employees, a.k.a, human resources. The HR departments/ functions we see today have evolved from Personnel Management to Human Resource Management to Strategic Human Resource Management, and have had to develop competencies and skills to adapt and deliver these new roles effectively and efficiently. Employees today, demand better connect with the Senior Management and are thoroughly informed about their ambitions, thereby making their goals more competitive.
Eventually, HRs are, today, seen as Strategic Partners who perpetuate the change management by bringing transparency and consistency into the organization’s work culture. They enable goal alignment and 360 degree feedbacks through adept performance appraisal mechanisms, and further add value to the organization through continuous Employee Engagement programs.
