Understanding the precise needs or issues from users or stakeholders often poses challenges, leading our team to spend considerable time in meetings trying to pinpoint these needs accurately. To address this challenge, we devised a video messaging platform. Presently, our clients utilize Hashback, a tool enabling them to seek clarification or provide feedback by simply sharing a link. This allows users to easily communicate their queries or issues through screen recordings.
