Banana slicer is a machine that can automate the slicing of raw bananas. Most chip production units are manually cutting raw bananas. Skilled labor is required to make thin and even slices of raw banana. The pieces do not stick to each other as they are cut directly into the boiling oil. So it is very laborious to manually chop raw bananas on the edge of hot boiled oil.
The invented banana slicer machine can cut 1 kg of raw bananas in 5 minutes. You can put two bananas in the machine at a time. We can adjust the thickness of the pieces, and each slice will be equally thick. Bananas are cut by inserting them through rotating circular blade slots. Even the last end of the banana is chopped. We cannot voluntarily cut the banana to the end. Slicing is five times faster than manual slicing. Machine cloud reduces alcohol consumption and solves employment difficulties in the banana food processing industry. In short, this machine saves the time, labor and fuel of the chip industry.
