c) Temporary Stock Quality check process
- The items in temporary stock are verified and quality is checked by the quality
check members who are authorized to do so in that corresponding venue.
d) Stock creation
i) Virtual/Temporary stock quality check
- Quality check performed by the corresponding panel members authorized for
each venue
ii) Bundle creation
- Create bundle for the items that has passed quality check and assign it to a
venue
- The changes are reflected in Stock and also the balance quantity left to create
the bundle
e) Allocation Process
i) Stock allocation to Venue
- Allocate the created bundle to venue administrator.
ii) Return of Allocated stock
- Venue administrator returns the allocated stock by specifying the details like the
damaged count, lost count and also the count of items that we can still use
f) Returned Items quality check
i) The approved committee member, who is authorized to do the quality check,
verifies the detail entered by venue administrator and approves the quality.
g) Returning and Reallocating the returned items
i) Has the facility to allocate the returned items to another venue or return it to main
stock from where it is dispatched.
