I found 90% of gyms in india dont have a proper ecosystem (while traveeling acress 9+ states in India), including the gym owners who dont even know who all are the gym members or cant easily manage them.
I wanted to cater them with advanced gym management software intitially and indirectly make a eco system where I can take advantage if the market with gym ecommerce, online training, unified gym membership across the country and lot more...
