Ztwin has two connected sides in a single platform:
For students — course-specific AI voice mock interviews tailored to each program (engineering, commerce, arts, MBA, and technical courses), where students speak and get scored on real answers; a resume builder that tailors each résumé to a specific job description; coding practice with company-style questions; and a readiness score that tracks how job-ready each student is.
For placement officers and institutes — a live dashboard showing which students need help, job fetching that aggregates openings from multiple platforms and routes them to the right students, one-click sending of jobs and interview slots, end-to-end placement-drive management, and NAAC/NBA-ready reporting for accreditation and government submissions.
What makes it different: existing tools do only one part — prep platforms stop at the interview, and accreditation tools only handle reports. Ztwin is the only platform that runs the full loop, from mock interview to placement to accreditation proof, across every stream.
Business model: a per-student license with flexible terms (₹250 for 1 month, ₹450 for 3, ₹600 for 6), so an institute licenses the batch it needs for the duration that suits it.
Stage: live and in active use by students, with the first institute onboarded and a distribution partnership in Kerala. Roadmap: expanding placement into a full education suite — student learning paths, LMS, an employer portal, a student mobile app, and college ERP integrations.
