KSA ReVive is a branded, process-driven maintenance and renovation platform for residential, commercial and institutional buildings. Customers raise complaints via call, WhatsApp or web. Each request becomes a digital ticket with unique ID, mapped to site and category. Tickets are allocated to trained technicians for civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and minor renovation works.

The platform standardises checklists, before/after photos, material tracking, invoicing and SLAs, giving owners transparency on quality, cost and response time. ReVive also offers Annual Maintenance Contracts for apartments, hospitals, clinics and offices, with defined visit frequency and response commitments. This model makes building maintenance organized, tech-enabled and scalable across multiple hubs in Kerala.
