- Channel-native generation: cards, carousels, buttons, forms and voice audio are built for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Slack, email, voice and web. When a channel can't show a format, the reply switches to one it can.
- Multi-agent orchestration: a supervisor agent routes each request to specialist agents.
- Four levels of human-in-the-loop control: escalation, approval of each action, live takeover, and switching AI off per channel.
- Agent observability and AI FinOps: an end-to-end trace (message → agent → tool → approval → reply). Model routing, caching and context trimming keep AI cost measured per model and kept low.
- Production reliability: guardrails on every turn, durable runs that recover cleanly after restarts, and a delivery ledger that guarantees no duplicate sends.
- Sovereign and model-agnostic: bring your own LLM key, switch models without redeploying, self-host on-premises, isolated data per business and a secrets vault.
