What Flotad does
Flotad is a self-serve digital-out-of-home (DOOH) advertising marketplace built on top of Flot Media's holographic and transparent-LED display network — a display category with no direct incumbent anywhere in India.
Key capabilities
- Book ad slots in increments as short as 30 seconds
- Dynamic pricing tied to real-time footfall and time-of-day
- Prepaid wallet model — no minimum spend, no sales intermediary
- Remote, centralized content control across every screen in the network
The technology
At Flotad's core is a predictive, multi-source audience-density pricing and content-scheduling engine — fusing footfall, satellite/geo, historical, and camera-sensor data into a single confidence-scored signal. This is the subject of Flot Media's patent-pending filing (Provisional Application No. 202641089564, filed 23 July 2026), now DPIIT DeepTech-recognized.
Business model
Revenue compounds across three channels: hardware sales and installation, the Flotad platform (per-minute bookings, white-label SaaS, event rental), and AMC/content-production services.
