MindGuru, Android/iOS and website platform for online psychological counseling and therapies in 9 Indian languages with 70+ Psychologists. We act as a bridge between psychologists and clients to open out and solve their issues like stress, anxiety, sexual related, learning difficulties, etc.
According to WHO, one in five Indians suffer from depression in their lifetime and needs mental help. The three major challenges we are solving here are social stigma associated with mental illness, less accessibility to mental health professionals, delayed treatment seeking behaviour.
We have a seperate team of experts and standardisation process for training our counselors to prevent drop outs and improve the quality of sessions, which no other platforms have.
Here clients can remain anonymous if they wish. Therapies like Cognitive Behaviour Therapy(CBT), Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy(MBCT), etc referring to our direct clinic, which make the session more effective.
