CodX Systems' flagship product, Erminex, is an AI-powered wall-climbing rover built for automated inspection of ship hulls, storage tanks, and metallic assets  replacing the slow, hazardous, and inconsistent process of manual inspection. The rover carries ultrasonic and visual sensors that autonomously scan structures, detecting cracks, corrosion, weld defects, and material thinning with far greater coverage and repeatability than any human inspector can deliver. Data captured by rover is fed directly into our AI software platform, which generates a 3D corrosion heatmap of the entire structure giving inspectors a precise, colour-coded view of damage intensity and location, not just a written report. The platform also includes a damage progression simulator. By factoring variables like temperature, humidity, and operational load, it models how defects will evolve over months and years telling exactly when a structure approaches permissible limits and when to plan next inspection.
