Our vision is to create happier and healthier workplaces.
We believe that well-being embraces more than just physical health; it's a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. Our WellTech platform (WaaS) provides HR leaders and their team with an ecosystem of technologies and services connected to democratize, deliver, and orchestrate sustained employee well-being experiences.
With the exponential growth of the experience economy, being happy and healthy has become a top priority for employees. The recent COVID-19 pandemic has shifted the spotlight on many other employee well-being dimensions. Employees are more focused on their physical, emotional, social, career, and financial health than ever before.
Employers are beginning to evaluate their well-being offerings to see if they are moving the needle regarding the well-being of their remote and hybrid workforce. Measuring well-being (or happiness) is becoming more and more relevant today because it’s a better indicator of the health of a company or business.
Thanks to the increasing production of personal data and exponential technological innovation, well-being has become measurable. We want to disrupt the current reactive model of well-being services and move toward the proactive, predictive, and preventative model by assessing employees' thoughts and moods.
