Livein Sports Grid is a cloud-based SportsTech platform that connects sports academies, schools, coaches, facilities and athletes through a unified digital ecosystem.

The product consists of five integrated components:

1. Grid OS – Manages academy and facility operations including batches, schedules, attendance, payments, coach allocation, capacity and utilisation analytics.
2. Athlete Skill Passport – Creates a lifelong digital sports identity containing an athlete’s training history, skill assessments, performance data, videos, fitness indicators and development trajectory.
3. AI Coach Assist – Uses AI and computer vision to analyse selected technical and movement parameters from training videos and generate structured insights for coaches and athletes.
4. Sports Intelligence Engine – Converts athlete and training data into performance benchmarks, personalised development plans, progress reports and, eventually, data-driven talent identification.
5. Livein Grid Network – Enables existing academies, schools, clubs and sports facilities to become connected Livein Grid Centres using common technology, curriculum, assessment standards and quality frameworks.

The platform will initially focus on badminton, where technical movements and training outcomes can be systematically captured and assessed, and will subsequently expand to football, cricket, basketball, swimming and other sports.

The core innovation is the integration of physical sports infrastructure, SaaS, AI-assisted coaching, athlete intelligence and a portable digital athlete identity into one scalable platform. This creates a distributed academy model where Livein Sports can expand nationally without owning or constructing every sports facility.
