The current education system does not equip a student with the tools to succeed or even survive in the system. Most universities, especially in second and third tire cities, do not even have the facilities to offer placements to their students which puts them in a difficult situation they were not prepared for. This results in a lot of highly potential candidates missing out on opportunities due to inadequate training and skill development. Most recruiters do not hire freshers, not only for their lack of experience, but the lack of perspective required to churn out meaningful contributions to the institution.Freshers are ignored by recruiters because more often than not, companies have to invest into training freshers. NewBee works aims to develop a platform for these young and fresh minds from non-technical backgrounds to help them hone their skills, master what they require to be able to sustain in the corporate world and provide companies with new talent and young minds that require no additional training. The app provides courses for skill development as well as personality development
