India produces close to a million engineering graduates annually. Sadly, a majority are deemed unfit for industry due to the lack of necessary skills. This results in time-consuming training programs and lost human capital ultimately impacting engineering output itself. The three-sided nature of the platform is what makes it tick, each feeding into the other. Colleges drive credibility and enrollment, while companies inputs drive content and courses. It has been built keeping all three stakeholders in mind, and benefits each in different ways: upskilling & networking (students), enhanced placements & student visibility (colleges), data-driven hiring & employer branding (companies).
The product has three components. A mobile app (available on both playstore and appstore) that are used by the students to upskill , prepare for jobs, apply for both on campus and external job opportunities and keep updated on their progress. Colleges have a web app through which they can interact with student, let them know about the on campus job opportunities etc. Companies have a web application through which they can constantly interact with students.
